Most people know or have heard about the term yoga, but the perception regarding this popular discipline differs from one group to another. For example, some people wrongly consider it to be a religion, but yoga is a way of life that aims to promote the health and wellbeing of both the body and the mind.
Yoga can be defined as a group of spiritual, mental, and physical practices to improve your wellbeing. Mental and physical yoga exercises – such as the ones that we will take a look at in this post, help us reduce tension and stress. They also enable us to have better relationships, attain ideal harmony & equilibrium, and increase our concentration, attention, and focus.
